REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of health and supplement products, we take hygiene and safety seriously.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used products.
  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

International Returns (US, Canada & Australia)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to South Africa.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at info@purplecushhh.co.za
  • Please note that international return shipping may take 2-4 weeks to reach us.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days once returned items are received and inspected at our South African facility.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

International Customs & Duties

  • Any customs duties or taxes paid on the original shipment are non-refundable.
  • We recommend contacting your local customs office regarding potential duty refunds on returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

For damaged or incorrect international orders, we will cover return shipping costs or issue a replacement at no additional charge.
